The Norwegian Centre Against Racism ((ノルウェー語:Antirasistisk Senter); NCAR) is a non-governmental organization based in Oslo, Norway, whose main objective is to fight discrimination and racism.〔http://www.antirasistisk-senter.no/english.109478.no.html〕 It was founded in 1978 and its Director is Rune Berglund Steen. It operated a radio station, Tellus Radio/Radio Immigranten, from 1982 to 2008.
